“Remember When” is a song by country music singer-songwriter Alan Jackson. This song is about Alan’s thoughts on marriage, and is exquisitely romantic. Billboard called the single “the most poignant, well written country song to hit the format in a long time.

Love, Me – Collin Raye
“Love, Me” is a single released in 1991 by American country music artist Collin Raye. In January of 1992, the single became Raye’s first Number One single on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts; the same year, the song received a Song of the Year nomination from the Country Music Association.
It tells of a couple who promise to love each other, even after passing away. The song’s narrator tells of being with his grandfather, and reading a note that was written by his grandmother back when both grandparents were younger. Upon showing the note, the grandfather explains that he had intended to meet her at a certain tree, but instead found a note explaining why she was not there: “If you get there before I do, don’t give up on me / I’ll meet you when my chores are through, I don’t know how long I’ll be / But I’m not gonna let you down, darling, wait and see / And between now and then, ’til I see you again, I’ll be loving you / Love, me.” By the second verse, the narrator and his grandfather are at a church, attending the grandmother’s funeral; here, the grandfather reads her the note, and begins to cry. I read a note my Grandma wrote back in 1923
Grandpa kept it in his coat, and he showed it once to me
